| 067/13 | COMMITTEE VACANCIES Cllr Calver reminded members of the current vacancies on the Council’s Allotments committee (x2 vacancies), Environment & Community committee (x1 vacancy) and The Port Liaison Committee (x1 vacancy) following the resignation of two members earlier in the year. RESOLVED: To elect Cllrs F Powell and M Nicholson to the fill the Allotments committee vacancies; Cllr F Powell to fill the Environment & Community committee vacancy; and Cllr B Brown to fill the Port Liaison Committee vacancy. |
| 068/13 | ALLOTMENTS TENANCY AGREEMENT Members considered the recommendations of the Allotments committee to adopt the new Allotments Tenancy Agreement. RESOLVED: To adopt the new agreement, as recommended, with effect from September 2013. |
